September 27, 2010 11:14 PM I wonder why anyone actually took the photograph! Why ever they did it's great for the imagination! Thank you.
September 28, 2010 4:19 PM It had been easier than he thought.
The wounding words, snippets of resentment, petty grievances and nocturnal diatribes, all neatly packaged in one innocuous brown leather case; finally reduced and put into proper perspective.
He was ready to let them go.
He couldn't believe how unencumbered he felt as he walked away.
His only regret was that she hadn't been there to reach the summit with him.
The reality was that her death had set them both free.
One final look but, honestly, he had already turned toward the future.
He wasn't sorry he had killed her.
October 11, 2010 3:04 AM I liked the above post a lot!
..I intend to put one of my own up soon.
Thanks for the great photo!
July 16, 2011 11:43 AM Someone would find the bag. Perhaps a roofer. He would be thrilled to come upon half a million dollars. Perhaps he would give it to the church. Afterall, it was their roof. Best if he did. Perhaps he would keep it and it would destroy him,the way the other half of it destroyed me. Don't know if I'll take the stairs down or just take a step off the end of the roof.
